Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

At Vasideo, we provide a range of creative services, including explainer videos, product demos, animation, and more. We specialize in animated videos for software and tech companies. Our services typically include scriptwriting, storyboarding, visual style development, animation, voiceover, and final video delivery. The exact process may vary based on the project scope.

2. Payment Terms

We require a 50% upfront payment to begin your project.
The remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of the video.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal, and Payoneer.

Work begins only after the initial payment is received.

3. Revisions

We offer unlimited revisions at each stage—as long as they’re fair and reasonable. To keep the process smooth:

Please share all revision notes at once per stage (script, storyboard, animation).
Revisions to already-approved stages (e.g., rewriting a script after animation starts) may result in extra charges, depending on the scope.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

If you decide to cancel:

Refunds are calculated based on work not yet completed.
If we’ve finished a stage (e.g., script or animation), that portion is non-refundable.
If you’re unresponsive for 29 days, we may cancel the project with no refund.
Projects paused for 29 days or more may require a reactivation fee to resume.

5. Client Responsibilities

We expect clients to:

Join an onboarding call at the start and an offboarding call at the end if needed.
Approve each stage before we move forward to the next.
Provide timely feedback to help us stay on schedule.
Supply any required materials (logos, brand guidelines, etc.).

You’re welcome to be hands-on or hands-off, just keep communication flowing.

6. Delivery & Timelines

Standard delivery resolution is 1920×1080 HD. Custom sizes can be provided upon request.
Timelines vary based on the project but are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.
Client delays in feedback or approvals may affect timelines and final delivery.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Once the final payment is made:

You get full ownership and commercial rights to the final video.
We may request permission to feature your video in our portfolio or promotional content, but we’ll always ask first.

Raw project/source files are not included unless previously agreed upon.

8. Limitations of Liability

We aim to deliver work you’ll love, but we’re not liable for:

Delays caused by client unresponsiveness
Third-party issues (e.g., platform downtime, external software errors)

If we don’t receive feedback within 9 days, the project may go on soft hold. After 29 days, it may be moved to hard hold, and resuming may incur additional costs.

9. Dispute Resolution

We prefer to resolve any issues through open and respectful communication. If a resolution isn’t possible, legal options may be considered. Both parties agree to act fairly and professionally to minimize disruption.

10. Confidentiality

We take your privacy seriously. All project materials and discussions are confidential. We’re happy to sign an NDA if needed. Any information shared will only be used to complete your project.
